Where is the studio located? We are located in quiet Southwest Ranches, off 172nd Ave, nicely in between Sheridan and Griffin. It will feel like a treat and a retreat away from the daily hustle and bustle. Please contact me at yogadenina@gmail.com, or 954-451-7011.

Is there place to park? Yes, there is ample of parking space. In the main parking lot there is space for six cars at least. There is another parking lot for four cars on the left hand side of the property. And finally there is ample space to park on the side way of the road.

What is the deadline for booking a class? You can book your class online up to 30 minutes before class. If walking in, please call or text beforehand to make sure there is space available, and also so we can prepare any exercise equipment necessary.

What is the deadline for arriving at the Studio? Class starts right on time, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early so that you can settle in before we begin. Also note that the Studio entrance is locked two minutes before class. This allows us to keep safe any personal items of our students.

Can I leave before the class ends? Please only sign up for classes you can participate in from beginning to end. It is disturbing for the other participants if someone leaves during class or final relaxation (savasana).

What clothes to wear? Bring clothes that you feel comfortable in. Inside the Studio we have a nice hardwood floor, so shoes are not allowed inside the Studio. They can be left at the entrance in the waiting area.

Do I need to bring anything to the Studio? All is provided at the Studio: mats, props, towels, filtered water, organic tea, etc. Of course feel free to bring your own effects like your Yoga mat – we will be exploring almost every corner of our mat.

What to eat before class? Refrain from eating any large meals two hours before you have a class. A light snack or some fruit is usually alright. Notice the relationship between your diet and your Yoga practice, and explore what jives with you.

What to drink before class? Drink plenty of water throughout the day before class and after class. Being hydrated is crucial to enjoying your Yoga practice.

Do you offer free classes for first timers? We do not offer classes for free. Partaking in Yoga practice requires a commitment. However, you will find our prices are reasonable.

How often should I practice Yoga? It is a good idea to practice at least once or twice a week. Most forms of Yoga can be practiced daily; some forms like hot Yoga may be best limited to once per week.

Can I take Yoga classes even though I am not flexible? For instance when I cannot reach my toes? Yes, everybody can practice Yoga, and over time become more flexible. Keep in mind that it is safer to build up your strength before you work on flexibility. Either way, just enjoy the ride.

How is Yoga different from stretching or other types of workouts? The focus in Yoga is on the process and not so much the result. Yoga practice should be a regular part of our daily life in order to obtain its intended continued benefits.
